What data we process
The site has no registration forms or private areas. We process the data you give us when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email (name, number, email address and the content of your message), the technical browsing data recorded by the server (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) and, only if you consent through the banner, the statistical data collected by Google Analytics.
Why we process it and on what basis
- Answering your requests and arranging lessons, visits or services: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Security and running of the site (server logs): the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
- Usage statistics with Google Analytics: consent (Art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time from the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the pages.
How long we keep it
Messages and contact details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows. The server’s technical logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider. Google Analytics data is kept according to the property settings (up to 14 months).
Who else sees the data
- Hostinger International Ltd. — the hosting provider the site runs on.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics (only with consent) and Google Maps (only if you open the map on the Contact page).
- Meta Platforms — only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp or open our Instagram and Facebook profiles: in that case their privacy notices also apply.
Our fonts are hosted on our own server: opening the site does not contact any third-party font service.
Transfers outside the EU
Google and Meta may also process data outside the European Union, on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, or object to its processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to asdelvachero@gmail.com. You can withdraw your consent to statistical cookies via the “Manage cookies” link. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
